Kinds of Sentence

1. Simple

2. Complex

3. Compound

Simple sentence: A sentence consisting of only subject and only one predicate in called a simple sentence.
Example:
1. They are playing in the field.
2. He fliens a kite.
3. You should not go there.
Complex sentence: A sentence containing one principal clause and one or more subordinate clauses is called a coplex sentence.

Complex  :
1. Noun clause

2. Adjective clause

3. Adverbial clause.

Compound Sentence: A sentenc having more then one principal clause connected by one or, more co-ordinating conjuntions is called a Compound Sentence.
Example:
1. Double compound:
I. You must do it or, you will be punished.
II. We make our fortunes and we call them fate.
2. Multiple compound sentence:
I. I got the news and I was ready to go but sudden illness prevented me from going.
II. Kamal loves kamrul and kamrul loves kamal but they often quarrel.
